COVID-19 UPDATE
Please be mindful that there may be some delays on your package.
Once the item has be shipped to you we are not responsible for any damages that occurred during the shipping process.
If your package says delivered but you have have not received it, please contact us.
We will respond back you you with more information.
Refund Policy
There is no refunding, which means you may not request for a refund unless the items you ordered are broken on the way to you. You will also only get a refund if your item isn’t produced.
For each refund, you must provide proof of your purchase, and the item must be in its original form which you received it.
Please know any items returned back to us without an email first, will not be able to to get a refund. All items returned must be notified via email first and should be sent back before a full refund can be given.

Exchange Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
There will be no exchange after the shop has been closed as all orders are only made by pre-orders, so it is not possible to exchange.It is your responsibility to read the items information before ordering.
If you made a mistake while picking variants you can reach out to us through our Instagram. You may only change during the pre-order period.
